Chris McAdoo is an artist, designer, and entrepreneur living in East Tennessee. His artistic work has been featured in numerous exhibitions, private collections, and publications around the country. An active studio artist for over twenty years, Chris is also an accomplished designer, strategist, and speaker, traveling all over the United States focusing on the power of creative thinking, entrepreneurship, and the practice of thoughtful collaboration. Chris is currently the director of strategy and engagement for the Knoxville EntrepreneurCenter, home to the first official ETSY Maker City. Chris has also worked with Community School of the Arts “Side by Side” exhibition and sat on the board of non-profit radio station WDVX. Chris started his artistic career as a printmaker, and has recently donated his collection of letterpress equipment and presses to the University of Tennessee printmaking Department.
