New Jersey-based artist Paul Azaceta is recognized for his creative work on several acclaimed comic books including Daredevil, Spider-Man, Punisher Noir, and most recently, the horror series "Outcast," made in collaboration with Robert Kirkman, co-creator of The Walking Dead. The artist collaborated with writer Peter David on "Captain Marvel" and joined Mark Sable in co-creating "Grounded" for Image Comics, a tale about a young child who aspires to be a superhero. He has also illustrated the "Talent" mini-series for Boom! Studios, written by Chris Golden and Tom Sniegoski. Azaceta's simplistic yet striking aesthetic is influenced by a wide range of subjects, including comics, technology, science fiction, and the works of Studio Ghibli.
