Julian Rogers (b. 1981) is an artist living and working in Thailand. Rogers use light and layers of oil paint to manipulate how the eyes sees often depicting landscapes that approach the brink of abstraction through subtle manipulations of color. He received his MFA from the University of California, San Diego in San Diego, CA (2015), and his BFA from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN (2007).
