"Hatch" is a letterpress poster print shop in downtown Nashville that has been producing show posters for famous acts since 1879. Sherraden’s popular Eyes of Hatch series is based on the historic Hatch wood block archives. The work is a tribute to the delicate technique by which the eyes were originally carved at Hatch Show Print as well as the many famous musicians and Opry Stars the eyes are based upon. The series is labor intensive and therefore only offered a few times each year. Each is one-of-a-kind and signed by the artist. Sizes vary and are available upon request.
